Delicious: John Legend - Rolling In The Deep (Adele Cover)

I've been gone a long time, real life was wearing. 

Came across this track and will be back to 

updating more often.

Had to share this great acapella cover of

Adele's Rolling in the Deep by none other than

the magnificent John Legend.

Keep up with him as he begins touring with Sade,
which also sounds fanfuckingtastic. Love it.

Delicious - Mike Posner - Rolling In The Deep (Adele Cover)

Mike Posner took a jab at trying to cover Ms. Adkin's 

Rolling the deep recently. He tweeted his remix and 

got a few RT including from Mr. Adam Lambert.

I enjoy Mike Posner's smooth voice sometimes 

but it's far too airy in this cover and he 

kind of has this habit of singing so 

monotonously with no emotion which if you're

covering an Adele song, you just can't be.

Anyways, it's a solid track from Mr. Posner,

not excellent, but solid. Take a listen, contemplate,

formulate an opinion, what do you think?

Track O' the Day: Adele - Promise This (Cheryl Cole Cover)

Once again, it has been proven that anyone can do

Cheryl Cole's songs better than Cheryl Cole.

Anyways, I don't need to put Cheryl Cole

down, she does that herself, every other time

she opens her mouth.

*cough*

Just kidding, Ms. Cole! Lighten up. Just

saying, Cheryl is pretty generic. Adele

killed this one and proved that.

Track O' The Day: Adele - Set Fire To The Rain

One of my favorite songs from her new album "21"

I can't stop listening to this fantastic track,

everything from the lyrics to the melody to the

chorus to the delivery from her. It's pure

gold. This is the second or third of the many tracks 

that got out before the album released (before

 the whole album leaked anyway).

This is something that should earn

some recognition. I'm sure this album will

go on to win many, many awards.

Happy Birthday: Sam Cooke! 'Nuff Said

Few people changed the face of music as
much as this man managed to do.

Sam Cooke would be an 80 year old man as of today,

unfortunately this is not so. If you don't know much of this

man, learn. Here's a good profile and post on his

birthday HERE.

Amazes us every time she sets out to.

Only so little time til her album releases and the

anticipation is killing me every time I hear a tidbit.

I cannot be more excited, and after hearing this

beautiful orchestral piece, I kinda want to

invent a time machine just to get this

into my life. Enjoy.

Revitalized: Amy Winehouse & Adele

Ms. Winehouse, it's been toooo long.

I've been an avid Amy Winehouse fan from the get-go and like

Fiona Apple and Adele, she's been gone too long. (Still waiting

on Ms. Apple's triumphant return) I was thrilled to hear this.

"22", (Her last album being "19"). the new album is expected

in the US in 02/11, but in the UK 01/11. So you can

get it beforehand but yeah, not my place to discuss that.
