Revitalized: Colbie Caillat "I DO"

Idol reject and YouTube sensation Colbie Caillat
returns this year with a new album entitled All For You.
Her music is almost too bouncy and happy for me.
Sometimes though, if I'm in a playful mood,
I'll tap one of her songs. I mean a perfect example
is this new single. It's almost as if she has
no other emotion in her body except pure
unadulterated joy. Nothin' wrong with that though.
Good for her. Anyways, this track sounds
just like her from before, sound's much the same.

Other confirmed tracks from her new album (if
you feel like huntin' 'em down) are Dream Life, Shadow,
Before I Let You Go, Let's Make It Rain, and What If.

This is her official single due out to purchase
and to hit radio waves on February 7th. So, take
a listen and make your own decisions.

Track O' the Day: A Fine Frenzy - Lifesize

Ms. Alison Sudol hasn't been up to much as of late,
her songs have been featured on a couple
television shows. This one in particular that's
the SOTD, was featured on How I Met Your Mother.
According to her social networking, she's
planning on releasing a new album sometime this year.
No info on it yet, but enjoy Alison for now,
I'm sure sometime I'll have more info for ya.

Revisiting: Regina Spektor (Feat. New MTV Buzzworthy Interview)

My dear Regina, Regina, Regina.

Ms. Spektor's music has been a part of me for
as long as I can remember, she is an astounding
talent and person. Last year in July she had to suffer
through the loss of her good friend and cellist
Daniel Cho. He drowned in a lake in Switzerland
moments before her and his appearance at
the Montreux Jazz Festival. This was only a month
after I saw him at the Bonnaroo Music Festival
last June. It was very sad news.

Awhile ago, Only Son released a track on his
album, in memory to Daniel Cho. It was a collab
with Ms. Spektor entitled Call Them Brothers.

Okay, to the videos. First is the Buzzworthy
video, second is a performance from her
London performance (Live In London), and
the third is a live Call Them Brothers. (Before the album
polishing, mind you). Go, have fun.

Track O' The Day: Adele - Set Fire To The Rain

One of my favorite songs from her new album "21"
I can't stop listening to this fantastic track,
everything from the lyrics to the melody to the
chorus to the delivery from her. It's pure
gold. This is the second or third of the many tracks
that got out before the album released (before
 the whole album leaked anyway).
This is something that should earn
some recognition. I'm sure this album will
go on to win many, many awards.
Take a listen to a live version and the album cut.
And a nifty cover I found. (Covers already!?) :D

Track O' the Day: That's My Bitch (Feat. La Roux) - Kanye West and Jay-Z

News has been slow, so I'm gonna start thing
called, you guessed it, Track O' the Day! Each day, come
back for a track, whether it be new or old, it'll be
what I've been hitting replay on. Today's track be
"That's My Bitch" by Kanye and Jay-Z featuring
the indomitable Ms. Jackson.

This track is from Yeezy and Jay-Z's upcoming
EP Watch the Throne, no idea how it got out,
but it's a brilliant track. If it ever gets a radio edit
I guess they'll make it "That's My Bit". Which
can also mean two things. :D
Take a listen. Be astounded. The end.

Revisiting: Lily Allen (Feat. Cults)

I tell ya what, this girl is a trooper, she's went
through so much as of last year from her elated
state of joy from her and her fiancĂ©e's pregnancy up to
the tragic loss of her unborn child only 2 months before
the due date. All our prayers and best wishes went
to her and though that kind of pain can never
be extinguished, hopefully it can be eased.

Be strong, Ms. Allen! We're all here for ya!

As of recent she has began her own record label
with financial backing from Sony. She stated awhile
back "I think things need to change in the music industry."
This girl has ambition and I like it. Word up.

Her label In The Name Of, has already
signed their first band, a duo called Cults.
They're known for a song called Go Outside (which
I'll post below) which'll be re-released in a couple
months as a single with a debut album following.

Though we might not hear any new music
from Ms. Allen, she'll leave her mark and continue
to have influence. Although I'll never say never.
If I know anything, what you do and don't want now,
you might just feel you can't live with or without tomorrow.

Take a listen to some great Lily and take a listen to Cults,
also ill throw some Meghan Tonjes cover in there :D

Revitalized: J-Hud Wants to Know "Where You At"

She was previewing this track on her website
but it has leaked, I guess. Don't have too much info
on it. It's a good track, nothing I would go back
and listen to a million times on repeat
but it's a leak, can't be sure its full or even
polished, but take a listen and decide for yourself.

Revitalized: Alanis Morrisette "Professional Torturer"

Sincerely, I missed you.
Last new track from Ms. Morissette I heard was
the track she did for the Prince of Persia soundtrack,
Ms. Morissette's music profoundly has been a
part of me. I love this new track. It is a track she
did for the movie Radio Free Albemuth in which
she plays main role Sylvia. It was premiered
at the Sedona Film Festival last year and
is making rounds at others I think. She recorded this
in '07 when the movie began filming, this track
barely surface due to the soundtrack bumping
into the internet. Anyways,
take a listen and be impressed, like she do.

Delicious: Ellie Goulding Guest Stars in Tinie Tempah's "Wonderman"

PETROL.
Ellie is sprinkled all through this track. It's an all
right track, I feel her voice is distorted a lot in
this which I don't particularly like, but the
track has a good beat.

In a completely unrelated
matter, http://www.video2mp3.net/ is a nifty
site that lets you change videos (youtube) into mp3s!
Weird that I would post a video and then the link
to that site!

EDIT: Due to expert UK internet police snipers,
I can't find the official video. You'll have to deal with
the song and the snippet. Sorry! : (

EDIT 2: Found it!

EDIT 3: UK Internet Police Snipers again... looking.
