Revitalized: La Roux Goes GOLD... Edition (NEW Release)

The Grammy-Nominated Ms. Jackson and Ben Langmaid
have announced a digital release of "Gold Edition"
(Cherrytree/Interscope) set to blast of the figurative
digital shelves in iTunes and Amazon on February 8th.
Start saving your pennies, because you know you'll
want this.

It's full of B-Sides, Remixes (Including the IFTK remix
with Yeezy), acoustic versions with pictures and videos
galore for the joy of a fanatic like myself.
Here's a track listing, not sure if it's official or what,
but sources say this, so this is what I report.

Happy Birthday: Sam Cooke! 'Nuff Said

Few people changed the face of music as
much as this man managed to do.
Sam Cooke would be an 80 year old man as of today,
unfortunately this is not so. If you don't know much of this
man, learn. Here's a good profile and post on his
birthday HERE.

Enjoy some of my favorite Sam Cooke songs,
and celebrate this man's music today. Also, three
covers by some of my fav musicians, Adele, Seal, and
Amy Winehouse.

Delicious: Bruno Mars covers "California Gurls"

Yo, gurl. I wants your costume.

It's been a slow couple day for the pop scene really.
I'm posting this just because I don't wanna leave people hanging.
I thought it was alright, this guy's gonna only get
better, I swear.

Revitalized: Panic(!) at the Disco's "The Ballad of Mona Lisa" Leaks

I posted the preview awhile back, now take a full
listen to the leaked track here, it's pretty good.
Just like old school Panic.

EDIT: Take an official look at the official track
on this official LYRICS video. I guess those are popular
now to do? I think they're slightly silly.

Revitalized: Jennifer Hudson "Where You At" Preview / New Album

J-Hud warned you she wasn't goin'.
The newly slimmed down actress / singer, J-Hud,
as I like to call her. She probably doesn't approve,
but I made believers out of Jennifer Aniston (J-Ton) and
Jennifer Garner (J-Gar).

Delicious: Lady Gaga Debuts "Born This Way (Remixed)" Official Video

Though she debuted it, remixed, you can hardly tell what
it'll actually sound like.

At the Mugler's fashion show in Paris, Lady Gaga
debuted her short film. The fashion show was under the watch of
Nicola Formachetti, Gaga's fashion handyman, so the
show was... unconventional to say the least.

The video was directed by Marino Vivanco, and
stars Rick Genest.

Though the video is nifty, the track obviously
was drowned in the mix to obscure any
real impression so I can't say anything. I'm not
the biggest Googster, but she's made some hits that
have made me chipper somethin' fierce. I just
think her god-like conceit better diminish soon.

Delicious: P!nk "Fuckin' Perfect" Video Premier

We all know how I feel about P!nk, already so
I won't bore you with the extolment. Take
a watch and, YAY, your life is complete!

CONGRATS! YOU WIN AT LIFE!
:D

Delicious: Took Back By "Don't Look Back" Video (She & Him)

A new video by Ms. Deschanel's little project
She & Him, for the track She & Him from their album
Volume Two. It's a nifty little ditty. The video is something
to ogle at too, this girl just walks into a room
and paints it with excellence.

Revitalized: Nicole Scherzinger Doesn't Want You To Suffocate

After listening to J-Lo's "song" this made my ears
much better, it was like ginger cleansing my palette
and placing ambrosia upon it on a golden spoon
that also tasted like ambrosia. Not gold. Gold tastes
gross. You don't need to know when or why I
tasted gold. It's just a metaphor. Anyways, I
was waiting to find the cover here for the single before
posting. Take a listen to this soon to be hit.
You've graduated from the Pussy Dolls Academy
Now Nicole. What? I forgot a word? Me? Forget
words? Preposterous.

Revitalized: J-Lo's Gonna Show Ya "On The Floor"

This leaked awhile back, but expert sniper agents
from the cyber police kept killing links. Take a listen
from the latin diva and the latino king Pitbull. I'm more
interested in his part. This song is certainly beat-tastic.
I don't think it has any staying power at all, despite
the RedOne (WHOM I LOVE [In case you dunno who that
be, he basically MADE Lady Gaga's sound, even though
she rides the fame train from it... but I won't get into
that now.]). It's not powerful nor does it have a very good
hook. It has no good melody either. It sounds like a blob of
music smashed against the wall and then covered in Lalala
sprinkles. Maybe I'm being too judgmental, but I expected
more from your comeback! YOU'RE PULLIN' AN AGUILERA
ON ME. Well, you still have time to impress me... /sigh
Take a listen, if you must.

EDIT: Since hearing the official version,
RedOne pulled it off, this'll prolly be a hit. I still
said what I said. I don't think it's fantastic, but
it'll be popular fo' sho.

EDIT: Updated with OFFICIAL VIDEO!

Delicious: Skull Tape "Whip My Hair" Cover

A snippet from the upcoming video.
Brad Breek, Kyle Mabson, Dalton Blanco, Daniel De Blanke, and
Vice Cooler make up Skull Tape, an emerging band. Brad Breek I
know from Mae Shi. The other four, I'm not too familiar
with. At all. This song is actually supposed to be
a mash up of Willow's "Whip My Hair" and an upcoming
song on their new album. Take a listen below and visit their
Facebook and Tumblr Page.

Delicious: Meghan Tonjes on Ellen

This beautiful talent is gonna hit the big times.
Catch her performing her "Hold It Against Me / Grenade" mash-up
on the incessantly around Ellen show. It's not as good as her video
from before, but she was probably nervous. I mean look
at Ke$ha, her SNL performance was tragic, but
no one Held It Against Her. Get it? Puns are funs.

Check it yo.

Delicious: Ke$ha "Run Devil Run"

Why aren't you running yet?
What?
Oh, you're not?
That's what the pastor told me though...
I guess this is old news, but this perked my ears up.
Thought it was good.
Figured if I hadn't heard it, maybe some of you hadn't either.

KE$HA - RUN DEVIL RUN

Take a listen to Girls' Generation bust the original cap in it too.

Revitalized: Panic at the Disco "The Ballad of Mona Lisa"

Good news indeed, Mr. Urie!
A couple days ago, the Panic's  website was updated
with a brand new logo, showing a certain style wise direction
they might be going in their new album due out this March.
Here's a preview of their new single "The Ballad of Mona Lisa".
The official single is due out next month, but we'll probably have it before
then, we always, always, always do. See you then!

Delicious: Ellie Goulding "Lights" OMV

The official video for Ms. Goulding's "Lights" has
hit the web, take a gander and be astonished! I'm lovin' it!
Oh crap, now McDonalds is suing me. Oh well, I
have this video. It's all I need.

Delicious: Adele "Set Fire To The Rain"

Amazes us every time she sets out to.
Only so little time til her album releases and the
anticipation is killing me every time I hear a tidbit.
I cannot be more excited, and after hearing this
beautiful orchestral piece, I kinda want to
invent a time machine just to get this
into my life. Enjoy.
